In an era of mass
communication, a wide variety of production equipment becomes even more important in the selection of a graphic communications partner. Greystone Graphics is keenly aware of this important expectation
and has placed the right production tools in service
to meet even the most ambitious delivery requirements.
Every manufacturing area has been equipped to
meet the challenges of product diversity, time sensitivity, and
variable options. These challenges have led Greystone to invest
in state-of-the-art tools and equipment. This versatility places
us in the enviable position of satisfying a wide variety of printing
needs, including inserts, direct mail, advertising brochures, catalogs, point of purchase
materials, publications, financial documentation, benefit statements,
and greeting and trading cards.
Our sheet-fed printing department
includes three high speed 40" presses with six-color capability. Equipped with the latest technology, press
operators can monitor and control virtually every aspect of print
quality reproduction from their operating consoles. These presses
run 24-hours a day, up to seven days a week, and because our presses
have rated speeds of up to 15,000 sheets per hour, these machines
deliver quick turnaround to meet even the tightest deadlines.
For larger jobs, our web presses
handle quantities from 10,000 to millions of pieces. Equipped with
innovative features, these presses continuously monitor registration,
using a scanner to reposition plate cylinders to maintain image
register throughout the press run. With many features such as scoring,
perforating, gluing and trimming, the in-line processes can satisfy
most client requirements. You can expect that Greystone will continue
to reach into technologys future, to provide the capabilities
our clients require today.
